Based in Lisbon, Sandro has earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Indiana State University (EUA), an MBA in Business Management in FGV (Brazil), a postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management in Northern Virginia Community College (EUA). Sandro has taken courses on Mediator Skills and Dispute Board Member.

Sandro has graduated in 2001 and since then has been performing consulting services in construction management, claims, cost analysis, delay analysis, damage quantum, as well as technical assistance in courts and arbitration disputes in the various chambers: ICC, CCBC, CBMA, CAMARB, FIESP, FGV, and Instituto de Engenharia. He has been an Expert Witness and Technical Assistant locally and internationally to owners and contractors in various judicial and arbitration cases.

Sandro is the Country Director of Portugal.
