Gas compression station: Dispute resolution related services
Service included appointment as party Quantum Expert to testify on costs overrun disputes/claims resolved through the Texas court. Amounts disputed were in excess of $ 20 million. Parties involved an USA general contractor, Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Company (operator) and Williams (owner). The project involved the rehabilitation of a compressor station that had an explosion accident and additional improvement and capacity improvement of the plant. The case settled after a few mediation meetings.
Burnside Terminal Expansion (phase 1) port project
Supporting Impala Warehousing on assingment involved assessing construction claims between US$ 200k ~ US$ 10.000k. Services included claims evaluation and negotiation, preparation of counter-claims, review and preparation of supporting documentation, EOT negotiation, review and negotatiation of warranty and quality requirements.
Florida based contractor
Services included assisting this contractor in the diagnostic, identification of improvement opportunities, recommending and training their staff to implement contract and project risk management best practices. Services also included designing their risk appetite (tolerance parameters) for the standardized assessment/measurement of risks from their staff.
